Like weight loss, or Vision Improvement (by any method that you choose) should require that you read your own Snellen (visual acuity) chart at 20 feet. I have friends who had a -3 diopter prescription but could read the DMV Requirement. Here is how you check. Google, "IVAC Snellen" Then, when that screen is up, press "Display" several times. Go back to 20 feet, and see if you pass the letters presented. If you can, these methods could work for you. Most people NEVER LOOK AT A SNELLEN.

my mom makes tea the same way, shes asianx) (so of course i am:p) and i love love LOVE her tea. its delicious and it always makes my headaches go away so she gives that to me:)
ah, it takes a while, but this is an improvement over the old wet teabag treatment, i've never tried but only peripherally heard about like ages ago, almost when i was a kid. This is like the resurrecting of a should-never-have-died old folk remedy. And even here it took someone, from what mostly my grandparents and older than usual father called "the old country"
